Mathematics has a history of thousands of years and it is a big part of our everyday life. We know that it has fantastic ideas, patterns and proofs. We can build bridges, fold pieces of paper and find surprising connections between space, patterns and numbers. The mathematical ideas melt together and we get an insight into the fantastical world that mathematics can offer. It is according to this that we want to develop our teaching of mathematics in Fagersta.
