As districts return to remote learning, are they any better prepared?

Nine months since many teachers and students made an abrupt transition to remote instruction, some are preparing to once again teach and learn virtually. Darren Schwartz, chief academic officer in a Connecticut school district, says his district is better prepared this time around because of adjustments, such as eliminating packets and investing in more technology and teacher training.
