Social media sites may be fined over cyber bullying

Officials in Australia are planning to establish a Children’s E-safety Commissioner by the end of the year. Officials say they also are considering a plan that would issue fines to social media firms, such as Facebook, if they do not remove material from their sites that is ruled to be harmful to children.
